Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original box and protective padding to ensure fragile glass diffusers and candles are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Inspection and Refund
